## Pricing questions

### How does paid benchmarking differ from free access?

Every paid plan includes live aggregate benchmarks as participating businesses update their books or submissions, without a quarterly submission requirement. Free benchmarking accounts receive published quarterly reports and must submit all missing quarters before newer reports unlock. Small peer groups are withheld for privacy.

### What happens if I need more than daily sync?

Daily sync is included on every plan. Manual refresh can be rate-limited for fair use. Customers who need multiple scheduled syncs per day should use Scale so we can match refresh frequency to cost and controls.

### What counts as a bank connection?

A bank connection is one connected financial institution login. One login can include multiple accounts, like checking, savings, and a card under the same institution.

### Do you charge per user?

No. Bankable is designed for collaboration, so all plans include unlimited users.

### Do you charge based on company revenue?

No. Revenue is not the cost driver. Plans are based on company count and included bank connections, with custom Scale pricing for larger operators.
